Tasting Passes and Seasonal Events

Fredericksburg hosts dozens of events each year, and Marktplatz becomes a foodie paradise celebrating the best of Texas food and wine. The calendar follows the seasons, with wildflowers blooming across the vineyards in March and April, grape harvests in August and September, and the Fredericksburg Food & Wine Fest in October. Four times a year, the Fredericksburg Wine Passport programme invites visitors to explore more than 45 participating wineries and vineyards, with complimentary tastings and discounts on bottle purchases.
